  Technician
- This grade is for those candidates, who have passed our Graduate-Level Diploma Course, our Graduate-Level Entry Examination or Part 1 of our CPFM Certified Diploma course, but do not have at least five years of relevant experience.
Associates
- This grade is for those candidates who have passed our Graduate-Level Diploma Course or our Graduate-Level Entry Examination or Parts 1 or 2 of our CPFM Certified Diploma course, and have at least five years of relevant experience.
Fellow
- This grade is for those candidates, who have passed our Post-Graduate Level Diploma or our Post-Graduate Entry Examinatione or Part 3 of our CPFM Certified Diploma and have at least 10 years of relevant experience. Associates can apply for Fellowship after five years.
Doctoral Fellows- This grade is for those candidates, who have passed our Post-Graduate Level Diploma Course or Part 3 of our CPFM Certified Diploma, have at least 10 years of relevant experience, and hold a PhD/DBA from a recognised university. Alternatively candidates may choose to take our Doctoral Diploma.
Direct Entry - Holders of an MBA or equivalent from a recognised university can claim direct entry as can members of the CCAB bodies in the UK
